I contacted Bertha’s maid service due to my ongoing maid service being unavailable. The owner of the company responded to my needs very promptly. I was very grateful as my request for services was  last minute request. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my home. After my services were completed, I received an invoice via email. I was very impressed with how well the owner communicated. The invoice payment deadline was set several days out to allow extra time for payment. This company is beyond trustworthy having a buddy system. There aren’t many companies who offer services before receiving some form of payment. Several days after my home was cleaned. I received another email from the owner stating my invoice was paid in full. This company is owned by a Christian family. I am beyond pleased with the services and highly recommend them. These guys are wonderful.   Del came over to the house. He walked through the house and gave me an estimate.   This morning, he came with the cleaning ladies.  He went over with them, on what needed to be done.   This afternoon,  Del returned, to make sure I was happy.   I'm very happy.   The cleaning ladies are professional, polite and worked very hard on my house.  They will be over every 3 weeks.
